Founder's note
Why I built Clientive
I grew up around ladders, tarps, and thermoses. Northern Norway, four seasons in a day... My dad still runs a big roofing company there. That’s where I learned how trades businesses actually move: a steady stream of the right leads, clear next steps, and work done well.
With me being very interested in technology, Clientive came from trying to make that flow repeatable. We combine ads that work with AI and automation to keep conversations moving and calendars filling, without turning your crew into full-time admin. It’s one system: attract, qualify, schedule, follow up, measure, improve.
We keep it personal and practical. We'll set it up, watch the numbers, and adjust until it’s boring in the best way, predictable. The goal isn’t software, it’s more appointments, more quotes, more jobs for teams that take pride in what they do.

How fast can we go live?
After all the initial meetings have been done, we aim to have everything set up and ready to bring you in more work in 48-72 hours.
Who ownes the ad accounts?
You do. Our aim is for Clientive to be a back-end system to help you secure more work, but you're still in the driver's seat. You will still own all your accounts, leads, pages, and other assets.
When will we see results?
After all the calls and preparations have been done, most people start to see good results within the first 2 weeks. Sometimes, you hit gold ads on day one, and others it takes longer to find something that works well. It depends on many factors such as industry, ad budget, your photos and media pages, etc.
I don't understand how the AI works?
We use AI in all parts of our work, from ad creation to lead qualification. Our most valuable AI asset is our custom AI chatbot that will talk to and qualify all incoming leads from the ads for you. You will learn everything about our system on the onboarding call.
Which trades are a good fit?
